About
Repairs you can book like everything else.
Getting a generator serviced or a leak fixed in Nigeria usually means asking around, haggling at the gate, and hoping the artisan turns up. Fixgent is a marketplace that makes it a booking: you see a real price before you choose, pay online, and your money is held until the job is done.
The people doing the work — we call them Taskers — are independent tradespeople who set their own prices. Before they can take bookings, every Tasker passes an ID check: a government ID, a live selfie and a face match. Customers can see each Tasker's completed jobs and reviews, which only come from real bookings.
If a job isn't done right, the Fixgent Promise means we send the Tasker back or refund you.
Where we're starting
Fixgent is open across Nigeria — every state, including Abuja. There's no list of areas: each Tasker sets how far they'll travel from their base, and you see everyone who covers your address. We're starting with a few services and adding more as Taskers join.
